1 roast or left over tri tip, id say about 4 cups but I eyeballed it.
about 10 eggroll wrappers, may nee more or less depending on how you fill them
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese or provolone, but im cheap and we only get that when its on sale and it was not... so I used mozzarella
1 cup caramelized onions
1/2 bell pepper diced or if youwant spicy use a jalapeno
Lay the eggroll wrapper down flat. Lay some cheese down and then layer onions, peppers and meat, roll them up
I brush mine with some oil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 or you can get some oil up to 375 and fry them until golden.
