2-4 head of broccoli with stems removed and cut into florets
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp each salt and pepper
steam the broccoli you normally do it, either in a steam basket or a steam bag. I kinds like those microwavable reusable steam bags.
Drain the broccoli and toss them in a skillet with the butter and saute until there are bits of brown goodness.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
I know this is super simple but that's the beauty of it. simple, delicious and healthy.
