1 can home style buttermilk biscuits
1 lb strawberries
some blueberries (amount depends on how many you really want)
1/4 cup sugar plus 1 tablespoon (keep the tablespoon separate)
Separate the biscuits and sprinkle all of them with the one tablespoon of sugar and bake according to directions, don't let them over bake.
slice the strawberries up and and pour the sugar over the strawberries to let them get juice (you can gently mash some with a fork but don't have to, it doesn't take long to get a syrup and you can make them about an hour beforehand)
pull the biscuits out of the oven and let them cool.
spoon some of the strawberries and syrup over a cut open biscuit, add a layer of whipped cream and top with blueberries.
