Pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour to kinda set the breading.
Crank up the fryer and when it's hot enough drop these in the fryer. Don't walk away, they fry very very quickly. Only about a minute or less. Scoop them out with a metal spider or w/e you have to scoop them out with, Put in a colander or on a paper towel lined plate to drain extra oil off.
