you will need:
24 regular sized ravioli or 12 of the big ones
2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. (I got this new kind that is like artisan blends, mmm just wonderful)
1 tsp salt
Take your ravioli and dip it in the beaten egg.
Add the salt to the flour and mix.
Then dip it and coat it in the flour and shake off extra.
Dip it back in the egg wash.
Now coat it in bread crumbs that have been mixed with the Parmesan cheese.
Take either a deep fryer or a cast iron pan and fry the ravioli for about 5 minutes on one side then flipping. Times may vary but you want them to be a nice golden color.
Use homemade ranch or marinara for a dipping sauce.
